About Taylor Lonas
Taylor is a graduate of the Ohio State University and the University of Houston Law Center. She has successfully passed the UBE bar exam and is admitted for licensure in Texas and Ohio, where she practices corporate law.She has previous professional experience in entertainment law, education, political and corporate press, communications, digital organizing, and legislative research. Taylor is driven by a deep commitment to community impact and dedicated to creating meaningful, people‑centered change. In her spare time, she enjoys connecting with the community through pro bono initiatives and grassroots projects. In an effort to help pave the way for other first-generation law students pursuing legal careers, Taylor offers strategy calls and essay/resume review for pre-law applicants, in addition to her current mentorship commitments. Current Memberships: Cincinnati Bar Association (Young Lawyers Section), Urban League of Young Professionals (Executive Board), Black Lawyers Association of Cincinnati (BLAC), Black Entertainment and Sports Lawyers Association (BESLA), Black Women in Law (BWL), and Diverse Attorney Pipeline Program (Mentor). In January 2026, Taylor was appointed to the Board of Trustees of Gray Road Christian Academy. She is an active voting member of board initiatives including determining strategic vision, policies, marketing, legal compliance, and fundraising initiatives for the August 2026 launch of the educational institution.
