ABOUT TAYLOR LEGERE
I am a creative and enthusiastic Master of Landscape Architecture Graduate from the University of British Columbia. My primary research and design interests are climate adaptation, disaster resilience, and citizen science. To further explore the impacts of climate change in British Columbia, I began working with the UBC Disaster Resilience Research Network as a Graduate Research Fellow in January 2023. I also collaborated with the City of Vancouver\'s Sustainability Department on creating visuals to showcase how the city is preparing for climate change. Most recently, I have been working with North Shore Emergency Management to learn how North Shore municipalities and Nations are building resilience in their communities.
