Empowering teams and optimizing workforce systems to drive results in healthcare operations.I am passionate about creating workplaces where employees thrive, processes run smoothly, and data-driven solutions enable better outcomes for both staff and the people we serve. As a People Systems and Optimization Manager, I lead scheduling and HR-related functions for a unionized workforce of 375 employees, leveraging AlayaCare, Five9, and workforce analytics to streamline processes, enhance employee experience, and improve operational performance. I design solutions that reduce errors, decrease training costs, and enable leaders to build high-performing, engaged teams.Currently an honours student in the Human Resources Management Graduate Certificate program at Durham College, I am pursuing my CHRP designation to deepen my HR expertise and professional impact. I also provide consulting services globally and serve on the boards of two non-profit organizations, delivering strategic governance while championing equity, systemic change, and mission-driven leadership in healthcare.
