About Taylor Knowles Adams
Over the past 10 years, I have taken on different roles within the EP ablation industry. For the first 4.5 years of my career, I became a subject matter expert in the Clinical Specialist role at Biosense Webster. I mapped an average of 400 cases a year and was exposed to many different physicians\', accounts, and workflows. From this role, I became passionate about the training and development of others. I took on a Senior Field Education role with Medtronic to help launch products and create an associate level program for new hires. I wanted to have experience with more direct people management after getting some program management experience, so I stepped into a Clinical Manager role from there. I led a team of 18 Clinical Specialists ranging in levels from Associate to Principal levels. My team was able to take home almost every award and be in the top territories for quota for FY23 & 24. One of my greatest achievements is winning FY24 Clinical Manager of the Year. I have now transitioned to a Field Sales Training Manager with Boston Scientific to help the development of training programs nationwide. Some of these projects include field resources for the rapid growth of EP mappers in the field to the Graduate Program to Clinical & Leader development.
