As a Global Operations Executive with +20 years of progressive experience developing and leading high-caliber, cross-functional teams, I help software and technology companies maximize business opportunities by driving operational growth in competitive markets. However, leadership means more than just leading people. I also lead by creating a vision, which aligns with the strategy and values of the organization, and executing against that vision.Though it is imperative to maintain laser focus on the company vision, it is also necessary to know how to adapt and adjust in an ever-changing environment. This is extremely important for achieving scale from people, processes, and technologies. The future of these industries is conditioned upon the creation of strategic process, such as automation, to achieve efficacy and efficiency.From smaller organizations, to enterprises, I have experience working with businesses of varying sizes as well as in other verticals, such as Real Estate. I leverage these experiences to bring solutions from diverse perspectives, rather than just identifying problems. My results-oriented and analytical nature allow me to act calmly under pressure and strongly execute.Key Achievements: Chosen to participate in Dell’s Finance Rotation Program, which experience, support, and the mentorship of senior executives. Only 15 – 20 employees are chosen out of Led efforts at the Residential Assisted Living Academy to increase sales from $10 to $200k in Q1 2019 Served as a key partner at St. Jude Medical, Inc, in the successful launch of a new product, which realized 6% revenue growth YOY; 1% reduction in overall expenses; and $7.6M in annualized savings Obtained MBA degree while working full-time and volunteering.I believe that with successful collaboration, innovation, and integration, we can create great value.
