Reporting to the Senior Director of Marketing, the Tradeshow and Events Specialist manages the planning and execution of events in support of brand-building and demand generation. Working cross-functionally with Marketing, Medical Education and Sales, the Tradeshow and Events Specialist is responsible for the management and coordination of the operational, logistic, and financial aspects of tradeshows, conferences, and other Marketing-supported events.• Ensure cross-functional alignment on event objectives, participation level, support materials, contracts, and timelines. • Serve as the primary point of contact for sponsor organizations, venues, vendors, and other external partners. • Develop and manage event budgets and forecasts in conjunction with the Marketing, Medical Education and Sales teams. • Manage all pre- and post-event logistics, including- Event registration and booth reservations - Hotel reservations, as necessary - Shipping of booth, collateral, and necessary equipment - Procurement and coordination of audiovisual and technology services - Procurement of pre- and post-event attendee lists • Conduct pre-event meetings and post-event assessments. • Manage tradeshow asset inventory • As needed, manage logistics for internal meetings such as commercial leadership and national sales meetings • Support other corporate events, as needed and approved by manager
