ABOUT TAYLOR HOWELL

I’ve built my career at the intersection of patient care, pharmacy operations, and people leadership. After two decades in the pharmacy industry - from technician to intern to pharmacist to pharmacy manager - I now serve as a Healthcare Specialty Supervisor, supporting multiple specialty pharmacy sites across Missouri, Arkansas and Eastern Kansas.My focus is on driving operational excellence, elevating patient experiences, and empowering teams through coaching, development, and collaboration. I work closely with providers, health systems, and internal partners to expand access to limited distribution drugs, optimize workflows, and ensure our patients have the support they need to navigate complex therapies.I’m deeply passionate about mentorship, advocacy, and community impact. Whether it’s precepting the next generation of pharmacists, serving on committees for the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, or strengthening partnerships with local health systems, I believe the best way forward is through connection and collaboration.What gets me out of bed each day? The opportunity to make healthcare more accessible, equitable, and human - while developing strong, resilient teams who share that mission.
