About Taylor Heinen
In high school I used my love of sports to help others both as a mentor on my high school track and field team and as a three-year Special Olympics Volunteer Coach. I continued my passion for sports as a student at LSU studying Kinesiology, where I was the secretary of the campus Kinesiology Club. During my time at LSU I served as an Ambassador for the University, recruiting and acclimating new students to the campus and supported them as they adjusted to life at LSU. I have coached track and field at the University Lab School and created a track and field team through USA Track and Field and trained athletes over the summer.
