   Throughout my career at Deloitte, I have spent time auditing and advising both public and private companies of all sizes in a myriad of industries. More recently, my focus has been auditing public life sciences and technology entities, leading both integrated and non-integrated engagements, from pre-commercial biotechnology companies to multinational pharmaceutical companies. This includes the planning and execution of audit engagements, a variety of complex, technical accounting analyses, and the innovation of audit engagements through the use of digital technologies. Having guided many companies through successful initial public offerings and other registration activities, I have a keen understanding of SEC rules and regulations. Outside of client work, I have participated in Deloitte\'s national audit faculty and as an IPO subject matter resource at a Deloitte national and New England technical trainings. I also led Deloitte New England\'s LGBT+ BRG for a number of years. I was seconded for an 18 month rotation (Sep 2022 - Mar 2023) as the Professional Practice Fellow at the Center for Audit Quality, a Washington D.C-based trade organization focused on promoting audit quality and the future of role of auditors within the public company audit space.
