About Taylor Good
Working almost 3 years at a financial research publishing company, I have come to seriously recognize the power in team collaboration, the importance in time management for deadlines, and the satisfaction of sending out a subscription to over 350,00+ subscribers they will enjoy. From a Member Services Representative to a Production Specialist, there has been so much career, and personal, growth within my life. I am continuing to learn new HTML/CSS language/skills to better my performance and be able to master the CMS platforms I work with daily. I have mastered the ability of customer de-escalation in phone and email conversations. I have even more confidence in myself to try new things and take on new or challenge tasks than ever before. I pride myself on sticking with the motto “always continue learning and keep asking questions”, because I wouldn’t be where I am today without asking for a little help now and again! But now here are 3 fun little things about me. My 2 favorite teams are the Baltimore Ravens and the Alabama Crimson Tide. I eat black olives with just about anything. Friends is my all-time favorite tv show – I can probably reenact any episode.
