About Taylor Laing Drouillard
Taylor, a Phoenix native, began her CRE career at Phoenix Commercial Advisors as an experienced broker in areas of tenant representation/ landlord representation in Phoenix, Tucson and Northern Arizona. She relocated out to North Carolina in January of 2017 with her family and now, works the entire state of North Carolina. Taylor specializes on the site selection and disposition of commercial real estate property for both retailers and restaurant clients. Currently, tenant representation has been her main focus partnering on a number of local restaurant accounts and a handful of regional/ national fast casual accounts as well. Taylor’s portfolio now encompasses both tenant and landlord work where she executes consistent follow-ups and thorough property/ retailer searches to land the optimal deals for her clients.Taylor is a true believer that passion and hard work create the perfect recipe for success which is why she always goes above and beyond for each one of her clients.Outside of work, she stays busy with her two little boys and her husband, who is currently stationed at Fort Bragg.
