Establish annual strategic planning activities and implement core priorities in alignment with operational leadership -Perform independent analysis to evaluate and assess risks, opportunities, and critical business needs of the organization -In conjunction with the Executive Team, continue to develop overall clinical structure and processes of UHA in support of organization-wide goals and objectives -Ensure clinical effectiveness is reached through the use of best or emerging best practices -Collaborate with Chief Medical and Chief Operating Officer, as well as other UHA focused senior leaders, on the further development of programs and services across the lifespan, with an emphasis on enhanced Substance Use Disorder treatment -Ensure that the voice of UHA colleagues and clients are heard and utilized in developing goals and tactics that support the achievement of best practices and strong health outcomes -Serve as a key spokesperson for the clinical delivery of care within integrated health programs; develop and maintain positive intra-agency and community relationships -Coordinate and manage special projects and initiatives, as needed per event or realized quality improvement need -Maintain ICS leadership/strategic dashboard with key metrics to drive performance improvement -Development and implementation of population health policies, frameworks, and strategic initiatives -Coordinate and participate in the development of ICS work plans such as budget, goal, and objective planning -Collaborate closely with clinic teams to support migrant and refugee health programs, including mobile health -Align with compliance and clinical leadership to support regulatory and clinical indicators for business development -Oversight and management of OHA deliverables -Anticipate, analyze, and develop proposed growth and partnership models for services in the CCO -Sustain and expand partnerships with public health programs for clinical and non-clinical services
