For over four years, I have been proud to work at ViaQuest in the Psychiatric & Behavioral Solutions sector, where I’ve combined my passion for mental health with my love for sales and marketing. My role allows me to contribute to improving the mental health services available to facilities across Ohio.At ViaQuest, we provide a comprehensive suite of mental health services, including counseling, therapeutic behavioral support (TBS), mental health nursing, and psychiatric medication management. Our services are billed through the resident’s Medicaid or other insurance, ensuring accessibility for those in need.All of our facility-based staff are trained in trauma-informed care and receive specialized training on PDPM and CMS quality measures.
