I am a dedicated and hardworking litigation attorney. I have been a litigation attorney for more than three years and have participated in every facet of litigation.I have represented Plaintiffs in all types of personal injury and wrongful death matters.Prepared and argued motions to compel, motions to quash, motions for protective orders and motions for summary judgment. I have extensive experience making court appearances for case management conferences, status conferences and motion hearings. I independently manage own caseload of 35 + and Litigated 250+ civil and criminal cases, guiding the firm to million+ dollars in recovery for plaintiffs via personal injury, contract disputes, real property related matters and more. Negotiated and settled a variety of cases through ADR and prepare demand packages including arbitration and mediation preparation.I hold A JD from Santa Clara University, and have also received a High Tech Law Specialization Certificate for Corporate Law both received in May 2016. The certificate required knowledge of intellectual property including copyright, patents, trademarks and trade secrets, and required completion of classes in each of these fields. It also includes use and licensing of these IP as well as an understanding of the use of technology in various legal fields. It focused on providing these legal services to corporations as in-house counsel as well as outside litigation counsel.I have preformed contracting and client interaction functions, and worked in various roles for general litigation attorneys, including as an independent attorney on a variety of matters. I was also able to assist in pursuing trademarks and copyrights for several corporate clients. I have participated in both an intellectual property litigation trial, as well as spearhead several of my own client litigation matters, hearings, court appearances and arguing my own live controversies.
