With over 10 years of experience in the event industry, I am a passionate and driven team leader who thrives on delivering exceptional customer service and innovative solutions. I have a strong background in field operations, project management, and event technology, and I hold the CAPM and PMP certifications from the Project Management Institute. Currently, I am a Team Lead for Professional Services at Cvent, where I oversee the deployment and support of Cvent\'s suite of software products for clients across various sectors and regions. In my previous role as Director of Field Operations at Front Gate Tickets, I was responsible for the success of the Field Operations department, comprised of 12 direct and indirect reports. I created, maintained, and fine-tuned standard operating processes and procedures in our warehouse facility and on site at festivals and events. I also played a primary role in the development of new technology for field use, such as RFID solutions, cashless POS systems, and other on site event technology.
