   As Director of Landscape Architecture Services, I lead a team of 40+ landscape architects across North and South Carolina within a growing, multidisciplinary firm offering planning, landscape architecture, civil engineering, water resources, and surveying.I help shape the vision and strategic direction of our landscape architecture practice; advancing design excellence, fostering collaboration across offices and disciplines, and positioning landscape architecture as a driver of resilient, people-centered environments. My focus is on empowering our teams, cultivating future leaders, and delivering integrated solutions that respond to ecological systems, community identity, and long-term growth.This role allows me to guide the evolution of our practice with intention, aligning design, culture, and impact as we continue to grow across the Carolinas and beyond.
