ABOUT TAYLOR CLEVENGER
I am the Intake Director at Counseling Center of West Michigan and am passionate about mental health. I have worked for CCWM for over 2 years. In that span of time, I started as an Intake Coordinator and was promoted to my current position after 10 months of being with the company. I am now running the Intake department and one of Counseling of West Michigan\'s longest-standing employees. In this position, I lead a team of 11 Intake coordinators who work directly with our community scheduling outpatient therapy, psychiatry, and psychological evaluations. While in this position, I have maintained the highest employee retention of any department, improved all metrics, and created department-wide employee incentivization programs to improve productivity and morale. I am currently in school studying Psychology and will be continuing to grow in the mental health field.
