Assist in the development, communication, and administration of the company\'s HR policies, practices and procedures-Lead the full-cycle recruitment and employee onboarding process. This includes working with local staffing partners as well as managing ongoing relationships with clients and candidates, as well as all permanent full & part-time associates-Coordinate all candidate/applicant reference checks and compliance related tasks-Manage and coordinate recruiting events such as: local jobs fairs, hiring events and more-Back up bi-weekly payroll processing (ADP WFN)-Coordinate HR compliance of the company-Coach managers in employee relations, employee management, talent development, change management, succession planning and team effectiveness-Provide advice, guidance, and interpretation of HR policies and statutory regulations and laws-Respond to benefit questions, problems, and needs. Provide employees with requested information and escalates issues if needed-Communicate and promote the use of benefits offered by the company.
