The Client Care Specialist Plus (CCS+) position is the primary point of contact between Chase and customers applying for a Purchase Loan. CCS+ takes over earlier in the loan process, right after sales receives and processes the application, and is responsible for obtaining critical documents, inputting financial statements, inputting assets, and submitting to Chase pre-operations for the initial approval of the loan, then continuing through to final approval and contract closing date. By taking over earlier in the loan process, the CCS+ position has underwriting capabilities, increased communication with the customer and their realtor, strict purchase contract deadlines, and complete ownership of each loan. All of the original responsibilities of a Client Care Specialist (listed below) are included in this role as well.\\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n
