Experienced in customer success, leadership, and event management, I am a current Strategic Enterprise Customer Success Manager at Airmeet. In this role I facilitate customer onboarding, comprehensive training on the Airmeet platform, support clients throughout their lifecycle to develop strong relationships and grow our partnerships. In my previous roles as Customer Success Manager at GiveSmart by Community Brands, I successfully navigated clients through a transitional merge of companies and continued to assist over 60+ clients annually through implementation and execution for their fundraising event. Throughout my 3 years in the event fundraising field, I have helped to raise over $9.7M for purpose driven organizations, including the Make-A-Wish Foundation, Hospice, Fordham University, Kids Escaping Drugs, Autism Speaks and more.
