I\'m honored and grateful to serve on the Board of Directors of the National Association of Public Insurance Adjusters (NAPIA). NAPIA is the leading national organization dedicated to policyholder advocacy and the advancement of the public adjusting profession. In this role, I work alongside fellow industry leaders to strengthen consumer protections, promote the highest ethical standards, and further NAPIA’s mission of ensuring that policyholders receive fair treatment and full recoveries under their insurance policies. My focus is on collaboration, serving our members, and advocacy; helping to shape best practices that elevate our profession and improve outcomes for policyholders nationwide.
