I represent companies in all areas of labor and employment law and commercial litigation. I practice in both state and federal court, prosecuting and defending claims of trade secret misappropriation, restrictive covenants, conspiracy and contractual claims, as well as charges of discrimination and private lawsuits under Title VII, the ADA, the ADEA, the FMLA, the FLSA and related state laws. I also draft, review, and defend clients on executive employment agreements and post-employment restrictive covenants not to compete, non-disclosure agreements, and non-solicitation agreements.I am committed to anticipating problems before they occur. I frequently assist clients in maintaining and updating their labor and employment policies to remain in compliance with the ever-changing employment laws and regulations. I am a fourth generation Houstonian. I graduated with Honors from the University of Texas at Austin with a B.B.A. and received my J.D. from Baylor Law School. In my free time, I enjoy traveling abroad with my husband and also exploring the greater Houston area with our two children.
