Responsible for leading, managing and conducting all corporate level accounting, tax and finance of activities across the company. Responsible for accounting of the company’s routine/non-routine work and collaborates with other team members, other departments, affiliated companies and headquarters. Responsible for daily operations and coordination within the accounting function including journal entries, month/quarter/year-end closing, audit and tax filings. Communicates with and works closely with outsourced companies and external advisers such as CPA/Tax specialists and banks to resolve issues Ensures compliance with regulatory requirements- Corporate Accounting Lead, manage and conduct all accounting functions - Accounting System Administration Lead, manage and maintain ERP (SAP Concur and SAP Business ByDesign) and DIVA systems; communicates with related departments and IT vendors - Financial Reporting Manages monthly/quarterly financial statements (BS/PL/CF)- Tax & Compliance Functions Lead, manage and conduct all tax functions related to the company
