ABOUT TAYLER TROWBRIDGE

Hi! I am a first year graduate student in the Master of Human Resources and Labor Relations Program at Michigan State University. I have a deep passion for understanding and improving the employee experience. I’m drawn to HR because it sits at the intersection of people and business, and I’m excited by the opportunity to create inclusive, engaging, and high-performing workplace environments. I’m especially interested in HR Strategy, organizational culture, and talent development. As I continue to grow in this field, I’m eager to apply what I’m learning to real-world challenges and contribute to building workplaces where people can thrive.
