My journey is fueled by curiosity, a passion for growth, and a genuine drive to make things better. With a Master’s in Industrial-Organizational Psychology, I’ve developed a strong foundation for turning challenges into opportunities—and I bring that mindset into everything I do. I’ve built a toolkit I love putting to use: from leveraging platforms like R, Jamovi, and Qualtrics, to applying my strengths in job analysis, survey design, and data analytics across the HR/OD/I-O landscape. I approach problems with a systems-thinking lens and a natural instinct for asking thoughtful, strategic questions that spark insight and collaboration. I’m the kind of person who dives deep—exploring different angles, considering new perspectives, and asking the kinds of questions that get people thinking. I may not have all the answers, but I’m always eager to learn, grow, and use every resource available to find thoughtful solutions. I believe in the power of growth.
