ABOUT TAYLAH D.
I’m currently working as a Safeguarding Caseworker within the National Safeguarding Hub for Army Cadets, managing safeguarding concerns, liaising with multi-agency partners and helping to ensure safe, appropriate responses for young people.My background is in domestic abuse and behaviour change, where I’ve line managed a specialist team, in addition to working with high-risk and complex cases. This includes delivering interventions and supporting individuals to take accountability and make positive changes. I’ve also led on groupwork, supported team development, and worked closely with services such as MARAC, housing and social care.I have an MSc in Psychology and a strong interest in safeguarding, behaviour change, and early intervention.
