I have been working as the Manager of the Environment, Occupational Health and Safety Department at Ilbak Holding Head Office, directly reporting to the relevant member of the Board of Directors. In summary, I am responsible for managing the environmental, health and safety activities of various sectors within the holding, including marble operations, underground copper-zinc operations, surface copper operations, ore processing and mining exploration, construction, food industry, printing, tourism and hospitality, outdoor advertising and television broadcasting.• Organisation and effective monitoring of occupational health and safety practices• Managing waste processes, monitoring environmental permits and licences, and overseeing Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) processes.• Coordinate and supervise the activities of the company\'s occupational safety experts, occupational health physicians and environmental officers.• Ensuring coordination with senior management• Reporting to the Board of Directors on all activities carried out within the companies• Establish accident and incident investigation teams, conduct root cause analysis and report findings• Forming risk assessment teams and conducting risk assessments based on methodologies appropriate to the activities• Contingency planning and crisis management• Manage sub-contractor and contractor processes in conjunction with Legal, Purchasing, Human Resources and Administration.• Evaluate service contracts for compliance with health and safety regulations and prepare specifications as required.• Liaise with the Legal and Human Resources Departments on legal proceedings relating to health and safety and environmental legislation.• Ensure compliance with the requirements of ISO 45001 Occupational Health and Safety Management System, ISO 14001 Environmental Management System and Zero Waste System.• Making arrangements for social audits
