At Trilegal, I work as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, managing end-to-end recruitment across both legal and non-legal roles. I am responsible for hiring lawyers at all levels across a wide range of practice areas, as well as overseeing staff recruitment across departments.Key Responsibilities: • Drive recruitment efforts across Mumbai and Bangalore offices for both legal and support positions. • Hire lawyers across levels for diverse practice areas including: • General Corporate • Private Equity / Venture Capital (PE/VC) • Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) • Tax • Litigation & Dispute Resolution • Arbitration • Capital Markets • Employment Law • Banking & Finance • Project Finance • Funds • Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle, including: • Sourcing & screening candidates • Coordinating interviews with internal stakeholders • Handling offer discussions and rollouts • Ensuring smooth onboarding of selected candidates • Lead staff hiring across support functions such as HR, Administration, Finance, and Business Development. • Collaborate closely with practice group heads and department leaders to align hiring strategies with business needs and growth plans. • Maintain recruitment dashboards and provide regular updates to the HR leadership.
