I am a sustainability leader with a foundation in process engineering and a drive to turn complex technical challenges into practical, scalable solutions. My early experience working in biotech and manufacturing environments built a deep understanding of process optimisation, data analysis, and operational efficiency, which now underpins my work in decarbonisation and responsible leather production.At LWG, I shape the strategic direction of our Decarbonisation Framework and bring sustainability expertise into the evolution of the Leather Production Standard. I regularly engage with tanneries, brands, and technical specialists to understand their realities and challenges, ensuring that our programmes deliver meaningful, achievable environmental outcomes. My work focuses on greenhouse gas measurement, continuous improvement pathways, and translating production processes into effective sustainability approaches.I’m known for analytical clarity, collaborative leadership, and the ability to blend engineering rigour with strategic sustainability goals. I’m committed to advancing responsible materials, strengthening supply chain transparency, and driving measurable environmental progress.
