With over five years of experience at John Deere, I currently specialize in global compliance, anti-bribery, and internal investigations. As Assistant General Counsel, I am committed to fostering a culture of integrity and accountability while mitigating organizational risk. My work aligns with John Deere\'s mission to deliver innovative and ethical solutions by providing strategic counsel and implementing robust compliance frameworks. I bring a collaborative approach and diverse perspectives to support leadership and drive ethical business practices across complex global operations. At John Deere, I lead global investigations into bribery, fraud, conflicts, and misconduct, ensuring compliance with international regulations. I design and execute corruption risk assessments in high-risk regions, recommend tailored remedial actions, and partner with cross-functional teams to enhance compliance systems. Additionally, I manage third-party risk through due diligence programs and contract negotiations, aligning with the company’s ethical standards. My focus on monitoring and improving internal controls has been instrumental in supporting enforcement and risk management initiatives. Prior to my anti-bribery and corruption role, I specialized in employment law, compliance investigations, and defense litigation both at Deere and Savannah River Nuclear Solutions, LLC, a prime contractor to the Department of Energy, for nearly 13 years.
