Employee relations. Develop effective working relationships, influencing and providing guidance to all levels of employees, management and executives. Support and serve as a primary point of contact for employees and managers for all employee relations related inquiries. Work closely with legal and other partners on best resolution of complex cases. Equip management with the necessary tools and knowledge to effectively lead their teams. Provide support, counsel and direction to management on employee relations issues and policy and procedure clarification.Employee on-boarding.Recruit and interview.
