I’m a seasoned business founder & leader. I sold most of my business interests and now help entrepreneurs get more of what they want from their business, by providing a simple set of timeless tools known as EOS, the Entrepreneurial Operating System.Growing up I was fascinated by my entrepreneurial Uncle and as a teenager I set a course to combine my passion for technology with business.A co-founder of a side hustle business in Then in 2004 I took a cut - and the risk - of another business. The business grew rapidly and was sold for £millions. After exiting I founded a niche digital marketing consultancy business.I became frustrated with consultancy, there was lots of money but businesses failed to use what they paid for. It didn\'t feel good as I want to provide more value to my clients.
