With over 20 years of experience, I have been fortunate to lead successful cross-functional teams in the development, product management, business transformation, client service, Implementation, and client loyalty spaces. My career journey started as a software developer. My desire to always learn more led me to business and systems analysis to understand the business needs and strategies behind the technology. My next step was to understand how to better support the clients and improve processes. I moved into the operations space where I was able to put all that knowledge together to support the organization, the associates, and the clients. At ADP, I started the same way my career journey started. I led cross-functional product management teams in Global Product and Technology. I was able to move into the Global Business Transformation team and help execute a corporate-wide initiative; learning about operations, workforce planning, and sales strategy. In my current role as Vice President of Service & Implementation at ADP, my focus has been on pioneering customer-centric strategies and fostering client relationships. Under my leadership, our teams have consistently enhanced service delivery, leveraging my expertise in customer relationship management and a passion for operational excellence. We\'ve consistently exceeded goals achieving record-breaking results. The journey at ADP has been marked by the transformation of our implementation processes, achieving a blend of technology and personal touch. This has not only strengthened client loyalty to record levels but also bolstered our team\'s reputation for delivering measurable success in the Human Capital Management realm.I\'m passionate about helping individuals reach their potential and meet their goals and helping organizations optimize processes and meet objectives.
