Lead contingent workforce operations, vendor governance, payroll coordination, and compliance oversight across the U.S. and Australia for mission-critical initiatives.Key Responsibilities: • Lead full lifecycle contingent workforce management using Fieldglass VMS across multi-regional operations (U.S. & Australia). • Serve as strategic HR partner to project leadership for workforce planning, vendor management, and contract negotiations (temporary, contingent, retained staffing agreements). • Oversee end-to-end payroll coordination including timekeeping validation, payroll processing support, expense analysis, invoicing, and account reconciliation. • Partner with Finance to ensure accurate labor cost tracking, cost center alignment, and financial compliance for government-funded projects. • Ensure personnel actions comply with corporate policies and government regulations. • Monitor assignment extensions and workforce continuity for long-term infrastructure programs. • Generate and analyze workforce analytics reports to support leadership decision-making and operational forecasting. • Troubleshoot and optimize Fieldglass VMS and SAP systems; collaborate with support teams to resolve system and payroll-related issues. • Drive process improvements within PMO teams across the U.S, Australia, and Canada to enhance efficiency and reduce cycle times. • Maintain requisition setup data (customer numbers, cost centers) and oversee electronic personnel record management. • Provide training and mentorship on HR systems, workforce governance, and payroll procedures.
