With over 19 years in the Air Cargo and technology realms, I\'ve significantly contributed to airline IT projects, amassing extensive domain knowledge and a well-rounded understanding of the software product lifecycle. My journey has led me across the globe, working alongside multiple airlines in various consulting, delivery, and sales engagements. Now, as the Sr. Product Manager at Wipro, I spearhead the Airline Module of CROAMIS, overseeing product roadmap strategies, development, enhancements, and client management. My role extends to leading successful account-wise implementations and deliveries, contributing to numerous successful go-lives. I envision leveraging emerging technologies to elevate the air cargo domain, driving efficiency, and sustainability.    Currently working as the Sr. Product Manager at Wipro, I lead the Airline Module of CROAMIS, a platform engineered to provide an encompassing view of cargo operations for the airline cargo sector and ground-handling agents. My role is pivotal in product evolution and roadmap strategy, fostering client relationships, and overseeing tailored implementations and deliveries across accounts. I spearheaded the unification of product team over 2 years, concurrently managing product development and customer success delivery. My strategic foresight in business strategy and product management, coupled with my leadership in directing a large cadre of Subject Matter Experts and Customer Success teams, has been instrumental in successful implementations— notable ones being with LATAM Airlines (both International and Domestic) and leading the functional team for Change Request (CR) implementation at QATAR Airways. My dual responsibility extends to pre-sales endeavors, where I engage in client discussions to ascertain requirements, ensuring our solutions align with their operational needs.
