This path began with a decade in the U.S. Army, where values like discipline, service, and leadership under pressure weren’t just taught, they were lived. Those early lessons sparked a lifelong commitment to growth: personal, professional, and collective. Sometimes, the most powerful change starts with a simple question: how can we create something that truly matters?That question has shaped every chapter of this journey from military service to executive leadership, and now, into partnerships that help others lead with greater clarity and intention.In the private sector, the focus shifted to leadership and team building progressing from sales associate to District Sales Manager with brands like Nextel and Verizon. It was never just about the numbers, it was about creating momentum, empowering people, and turning vision into action.That sense of purpose deepened in the aging and community services space. First at Senior Services, Inc, and later as President & CEO of CICOA Aging & In-Home Solutions, the mission became clear: to help people, especially older adults and caregivers live with dignity, independence, and support. The work was rooted in partnerships, strategic thinking, and meaningful outcomes for real lives.In 2025, that commitment evolved again.Brown, Roberts & Associates was launched to walk alongside leaders who want to do more than succeed & they want to make an impact. Through this work, and in partnership with Focal Point as a Business & Executive Coach, the goal isn’t to advise from a distance, but to collaborate closely to listen, co-creating strategies, and turn potential into progress.Across industries and roles, one belief holds steady : people are the greatest lever for change.
