Commissioned to develop a comprehensive national repository of peer-reviewed research and grey literature on social and behavioral change (SBC) in Bangladesh.Conducted an extensive literature search and screening across academic databases (e.g, Google Scholar, Scopus), university journals, researcher profiles, and government/NGO websites.Applied systematic inclusion and exclusion criteria to identify and archive 80+ peer-reviewed articles and 10+ grey literature sources related to health, education, gender, and child rights.Developed a structured database and evidence map to support policymakers, development partners, and academics in identifying knowledge gaps and shaping SBC strategies.Produced a summary analysis and thematic classification of the literature to inform future SBC programming and research priorities in Bangladesh.Presenting the findings through bibliometric analysis to a larger audience, including the chairman and members of the UGC, university professors, researchers, and registrars.Collaborated with representatives from UNICEF, UGC, and academic institutions to validate sources and ensure alignment with national priorities.

I am a sociologist by training. I love to comprehend society using critical lenses. I am currently interested in researching work and health in the landscape of the precarious labor market, including gig, self-employed, Gen-Z, & equity-deserving communities. I am also interested in studying issues in the Global South related to boys, masculinity, and sex education. To research collaboration, I am welcoming to the interdisciplinary/transdisciplinarity (TD) lens & platform. Methodologically, I have a background in qualitative and quantitative research, systematic review, & evidence-based policy analysis.
