I’m a results-driven RCM & AR Specialist with expertise across the full spectrum of the Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) process — from Eligibility & Benefits Verification (EVBV) and Authorization to Accounts Receivable follow-up and Denial Management.Currently, I’m working with IKS Health (since September 2025), where I have expanded my skills in eligibility verification, benefits verification, and authorization workflows. My role involves analyzing medical records, identifying coverage gaps, and understanding how inaccuracies in EVBV or Authorization can lead to denials — helping me develop a strong AR mindset focused on root-cause prevention and process optimization.Previously, I honed my technical and analytical skills at HealthPrime, where I specialized in charges, payments, and AR processes.
