16 years experiences in Oil & Gas Industry and Geothermal Energy, focused on drilling and completion fluids as Lead Drilling Fluids Engineer and Fluids Project Leader. Had experience on RDIF, Elnusa HiWBM, HYDROGUARD (HPWBM), ENVIROMUL-RDIF, KCL-Glycol-PHPA-Polymer with 12% KCL and 3% Glycol, Dispersed WBM (Low pH Desco), Low Solid High Performance WBM (BARADRIL N), aerated WBM (KCL-Polymer with foam) and SOBM (ELNUSA, CARBO-DRIL and ENVIROMUL). Working as Project Leader in oil non conventional HPHT exploration and offshore drilling fluids operation. Previously worked as Field Engineer at onshore (conventional and cyber rigs) and offshore (swamp barge and Jack up), exploration and development well with high deviation angle +/- 80 degree (+/- 14,500 ft MD total depth), HPHT (+/- ft MD total depth, 350 F, and 15.5 ppg), geothermal (200 C/392 F with moderate losses to total losses), CBM (Low solid high performance WBM), and Basement magmatic reservoir well. Familiar with LA & ELA (Light and Extended Light Architecture) and gravel pack completion type with 1.15 SG/9.6 ppg to 10.2 ppg brine and packer fluid (NaCl2 brine, CaCl2 brine, KCL brine) Experiences on freeing stuck pipe due to differential and mechanical problem, curing partial to total losses with high concentration LCM pills combination, curing sloughing coal and shale formation, reactive clay formation. Certified with basic mud school and advanced mud school training (BLOCK I) with technical professional (BLOCK II) from Baroid-Houston and T-BOSIET EBS (OPITO).
