ABOUT TAUFIQ ELDAR PUTRA

I am a Human Resources and General Affairs professional with a strong foundation in human capital management, operational coordination, and organizational support, currently serving as Supervisor Human Resources and General Affairs at Blue Bird Group in West Jakarta, Indonesia. My professional journey reflects continuous growth, beginning with early exposure at Telkom Indonesia, where I worked as an Administrative Assistant Intern in Surabaya and later as a Human Capital Integrated & Solutions (HCBP) Intern in Bandung, gaining valuable experience in corporate administration, HR processes, and workforce coordination. These early roles helped me develop discipline, attention to detail, and a strong understanding of organizational systems. After completing my Bachelor of Engineering in Telecommunications Engineering from Telkom University, I transitioned into a full-time HR career and joined Blue Bird Group as a Human Resources Officer in Tangerang Selatan, where I was responsible for supporting HR operations, employee administration, and workforce management. Through consistent performance, accountability, and leadership capability, I advanced to my current supervisory role, where I oversee HR and General Affairs functions, support workforce readiness, and ensure organizational stability. In parallel with my professional career, I am currently pursuing a Master of Technology Management at Universitas Multimedia Nusantara, focusing on business strategy, business analysis, and leadership development, to strengthen my strategic perspective and prepare for higher leadership responsibilities. My combined experience across Telkom Indonesia, Blue Bird Group, Telkom University, and Universitas Multimedia Nusantara has shaped me into a disciplined, adaptable, and growth-oriented HR professional. I am passionate about building structured, efficient, and people-centered organizational environments, and I am committed to continuous learning, leadership development, and contributing to organizational excellence at a higher strategic level.
