I work with leadership to shape brand vision and communications for 30+ office, retail, and residential properties across six states. I’ve developed personas and buyer journeys to sharpen messaging, and partnered with agencies on 80+ community events that attracted visitors and drove a 90% lease-up of retail space on Pratt St. in Hartford.In this multidimensional role, I’ve helped build and refresh brands, overhauled the corporate website with an SEO- and mobile-first approach, rolled out HubSpot CRM with automated lead-nurturing campaigns, improved investor communications with a friendlier app, and introduced Matterport virtual tours so leasing could keep moving—even when everything else hit pause during Covid. Along the way, I’ve also integrated AI into my workflow—using it to streamline copywriting and accelerate creative development while keeping strategy and storytelling human-led.Because marketing isn’t all dashboards and deliverables, I also design and orchestrate tenant events—balancing budgets and creativity while leveraging AI tools to simplify planning and enhance engagement, ultimately building loyalty, sparking community - and sometimes just to make people smile.
