ABOUT TATYANA PEIFER
With over five years of work experience in research and development of bioengineered products, I am a passionate and driven Senior Product Development Engineer at 3DBio Therapeutics, a biotechnology company that creates living implants for tissue reconstruction. My mission is to apply my expertise in biomaterials, medical devices, and biotechnology to develop novel and effective solutions for unmet clinical needs. I value innovation, collaboration, and quality in my work, and I strive to bring diverse perspectives and experiences to the team. In my current role, I have been involved in the product development of AuriNovo, a combination product that regenerates ear cartilage for patients with microtia. I have authored the CMC sections for the IND submission, developed material characterization and release assays for collagen-based biomaterials, conducted assay qualifications according to ICH guidelines, and designed and performed drug substance stability study protocol. I have also mentored Research Technicians and transferred assays to QC personnel. Through these activities, I have demonstrated my skills in R&D, medical devices, biotechnology, CMC, material characterization, assay development, and regulatory compliance.
