EAS provide advice to the private and public sector on all aspects of transport planning, to provide sustainable strategies that serve the needs of all stakeholders, including suitable provision for pedestrians, cyclists, public transport and private vehicles. We are able to draw upon extensive knowledge of transport planning, highway engineering and traffic modelling when planning developments and public realm works.EAS provide Flood Risk Assessments in line with National and Local policy which review all sources of flooding where necessary detail mitigation measures. Where further assessment is required EAS can undertake hydraulic modelling and provide supplementary documents such as Flood Warning and Evacuation Plans. We are able to offer expertise on the provision of sustainable drainage systems (SuDS) to reduce the impact of a development whilst promoting additional benefits such as improving water quality, amenity and encouraging biodiversity. EAS specialise in highway access and design, transport planning including undertaking transport assessments and travel plans. Our engineering solutions include S278, S38 and S106 negotiations. Our flood risk and drainage services include sustainable drainage design, flood risk assessments, and hydraulic modelling. We apply our expertise from feasibility, through the planning process, to detailed design and implementation on site.Our clients are wide-ranging, in both the public and private sector, from small to large developers and Local Authorities. We have worked on a wide range of residential projects from single dwellings to thousands of houses, as well as regularly working in other areas such as education, industrial, business and leisure.We have excellent and longstanding relationships with a range of design professionals within the industry including town planners, architects, contractors, site investigation engineers, topographical surveyors and traffic survey specialists.
