About Tatum Jelinek

Tatum Jelinek brings over twelve years in the hospitality industry to Ark Catering at Sequoia. Tatum is well rounded in all operations as she was formerly the general manger for two separate Haute by Ridgewells accounts prior to taking over as the Director of Sales. She has a bachelor degree in both Hospitality and Accounting and comes with a great deal of sales knowledge. Tatum was part of the opening task force for Salamander Hotel and Resorts in 2013, which was the only luxury resort to open in the United States that year. Tatum continued with Salamander Resort as the Catering Director and produced over 2.8 million in sales. Ms. Jelinek left Salamander and continued her sales experience with Equinox Restaurant in the DC metro area with James Beard, Chef Todd Gray as the Catering Sales Director. Tatum brings her knowledge as well as her exceptional customer service skills and extreme eye for detail to deliver magic for all her clients!
