With a background in strategy consulting and entrepreneurship, I specialize in operational efficiency and large-scale business transformation.Throughout my career, I have led multi-million-dollar cost initiatives, advised C-suite Clients on strategic growth, and helped companies and federal government organizations optimize operations while scaling for the future. My work has taken me across North America, Europe, and Asia, where I have assisted businesses as they navigate cross-market complexities.During my tenure at Accenture, I co-founded and successfully exited BrickBuilt Therapeutics, which was acquired in 2022. This entrepreneurial experience gave me firsthand insight into building a business, leading through change, and navigating complex market dynamics.I hold an MBA from Columbia Business School and London Business School and a Bachelor of Arts from Bates College. I also serve on Accenture’s Denver Leadership Council, where we drive community programs and leadership initiatives.Outside of work, my husband and I are passionate about discovering new international places and enjoying the outdoors.
