Oversaw the release of 3 other features in 2019; Multi-factor authentication for credit card payments, Monthly Invoice budget recommendations, and consolidated notifications. Responsible for delivering training to the entire Global Support team, Tier 1 CSS Support Leads, and vendor support team on new features released to platform. Co-created the SQL Query Library structure for the Global Support team. Responsible for maintaining content and integrity for use by Global Support teams. Self-starter in authoring technical content writing documentation for training and troubleshooting steps. Elevating Tech Support CSAT metrics by collecting above average CSAT survey numbers and maintaining over a year without any DSATs.
