Quality Management System Development:• Spearhead the development and maintenance of QMS across MPS North American divisions, ensuring compliance with industry standards (IATF 16949, ISO 14001, ISO 9001, ISO 26262) and alignment with organizational business requirements. Drive continual improvement through the implementation of new and enhanced procedures.Audit Program Leadership:• Manage and oversee the internal audit program across all MPS North American divisions, incorporating risk-based methodologies to enhance audit effectiveness. Ensure timely and robust implementation of corrective actions and facilitate third-party and certification audits to maintain compliance and accreditation.KPI Tracking and Performance Management:• Oversee the establishment, tracking, and reporting of key performance indicators (KPIs) for management-level review, supporting data-driven decision-making and performance optimization.Product Safety and Certification Management:• Direct the coordination and upkeep of product safety certifications, ensuring products adhere to global regulatory and customer-specific requirements (e.g, UL, CSA, CQC, BSMI, KCC). Maintain compliance throughout the entire product lifecycle while addressing new certification needs.Environmental Compliance Oversight:• Ensure organizational adherence to environmental regulations and standards. Lead compliance management for directives such as RoHS, REACH, and Prop 65, and oversee accurate reporting processes for CMRT (Conflict Minerals Reporting Template) and IMDS (International Material Data System).
