Through combined research, project management, and external engagement, Tatsatom is dedicated to hastening the clean energy transition in Asia and Latin America. He is currently a Research Associate at the World Resources Institute, where he works on initiatives such as the Asia Clean Energy Coalition and the Climate Solutions Partnership.Prior to WRI, Tatsatom worked at The Nature Conservancy on coastal resilience and water quality in New York and lived in Kunming, China where he researched the country’s policies for wind and solar development. He was born and raised near Porto Alegre, Brazil and speaks fluent English and Portuguese as well as advanced Chinese, Spanish, and Italian.
