Design and execute the overall employee experience and engagement strategy for the entirety of an employee’s lifecycle, in a hybrid company of 250+, that is inclusive, impactful, and accounts for both virtual and in-person employees. Manage & coach a team of Experience professionals who execute the overall Experience Strategy in Onboarding, Cultural Programming, Surveys & Check-Ins, Internal Communications & Office Operations Identify, track, and story-tell upon metrics regarding experience, engagement, onboarding, and cultural programming to influence stakeholders on making improvements in the necessary areas. Curate, own, and maintain the company cultural programming calendar. Create and streamline communications by developing a clear communication strategy to emphasize cultural norms in policies, announcements, and initiatives. Own and deliver a comprehensive onboarding program for every new hire’s first year, reporting on key metrics, such as eNPS and onboarding success rates. Designed the Bi-annual 3-day US Employee Retreat which seeks to promote connection, business acumen, team building, and unity for all employees. I currently lead the team that handles the logistics of this event from start to finish for 250+ employees. Coordinate the onboarding & off-boarding process by requesting, receiving, reviewing for completion, completing & monitoring background checks filing of new hire documentation in HRIS, & documenting resignation statements/ term letters.
