In addition to the Frontline program missions that are disclosed below, I work on a WW Risk mapping initiative that include the below- Design & roll out of a cross-functional risk mapping process in collaboration with corporate communications team- Identify risks with stakeholders across Ubisoft (production, PR, marketing, IT, Security, PR teams…) and plan for mitigation strategies early enough in the development cycle of our games & services in order to be ready for live phases & launch- Report on mapped risks- Build & present post-mortem to partners- Manage operational risks and provide solutions to partners teams- Continuous improvement of the current process for the future
